Robert holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria. Based in Mount Eliza and working with clients across the Mornington Peninsula, he draws on experience as an in-house lawyer at Melbourne Water, along with roles in engineering, project management, and commercial management, to bring a practical perspective clients value.

Kate Casey combines legal services with local ties.
Kate began her legal career locally, working as a law clerk at Featherby’s Lawyers in Rosebud while completing her undergraduate degree, gaining early experience in legal research, mediation, and client work right here on the Mornington Peninsula. After being admitted as an Australian Legal Practitioner, she practised in personal injury and WorkCover litigation and commercial insurance advice, managing files from pre-litigation through to settlement, mediation, and trial. Beyond the law, Kate also brings broader experience in project management, research, and operations, gained across a range of roles. She brings that combination of legal grounding, local roots, and hands-on project management experience to Robert Belcher Legal.
